Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling internal communications to share company news, events, and activities.
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement campaigns that align with Siemens Mobility North America's mission and purpose.
- Facilitate effective communication of the executive leadership's tone through targeted Executive Leadership Communications.
- Focus on optimizing communication channels for our hourly manufacturing teams to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
- Write employee stories and business successes through SiemensWorld, our internal news platform, and the monthly newsletter for managers.
- Write, translate, and distribute Canadian communications into French.
- Manage the Monthly Manager Newsletter for both the U.S. and Canada.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person townhalls and employee events to foster a sense of community.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft impactful communications.
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.
