Purpose: As a Marketing and SEO Associate at CCS Building Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital visibility and attracting targeted traffic to our online and social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage SEO best practices to improve our search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. In addition to supporting or online presence, you will also be responsible for creating proposals, client presentations and maintaining and ensure all brand assets and collateral are current. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creative thinking, and technical expertise to drive measurable results and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.

·       Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for content optimization.

·       Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, to improve search visibility and user experience.

·       Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

·       Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve our online presence.

·       Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including Google AdWords and other advertising platforms, to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively.

·       Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

·       Develop content for all marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to support overall marketing objectives.

·       Create newsletter and all graphics for internal company newsletter.

·       Have the ability to create invitations for networking events and support the Director of Business Development with all initiatives.

·       Update and maintain brand assets and marketing materials.

·       Create proposals and ensure all proposal templates are updated.

·       Create client presentations.

 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field or have sufficient relevant industry experience.

·       Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

·       Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

·       Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO audits.

·       Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

·       Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas and strategies.

·       Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization techniques is a plus.

·       Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications are preferred but not required.

·       Ability to create tasteful and professional advertisements/ graphics to support all marketing and development initiatives.

·       Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
