The International Marketing Coordinator will support the international team and be responsible for the following areas that contribute to the overall growth of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in adapting marketing materials and campaigns for international audiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Help implement core business, global product launches, and activation materials internationally through their appropriate distribution channel
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support all international needs, with a high emphasis on working with the internal marketing teams to ensure a consistent global message is created and adapted internationally
  • Maintains accurate records of international data including, but not limited to, distributor information, door list, assortments, pricing, sales, and activity reports
  • Assist the International Marketing Manager with the execution of the yearly Marketing Calendars
  • Partnering with International Marketing Manager, you will help plan events such as the Yearly Distributor Business Conference and all other global and local events
  • Own and manage all international asset management programs, disseminating and adding information where needed
  • Support the International Marketing Manager with planning, executing, and dissemination the quarterly webinar, newsletter, and any distributor communication
  • Manage assembly and shipment of Quarterly Marketing boxes to Distributor Partners
  • Assist with Forecast Decks & Product Launch Decks for new innovations, holidays, and promo– Compile all activation material provided for a product launch or campaign and communicate to all Distributor Partners
  • Coordinate creative requests and briefs for International Marketing initiatives and from International Distributor Partners
  • Work with the International Ops team to support distributor requests for marketing samples
  • Support internal team members as well as distributors with visits and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct basic research with international partners to identify opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and analyze competitor activities in target regions.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant internships or coursework in international marketing is a plus.
  • Must be an excellent team player who can build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the global marketing team and cross-functional teams.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiasm for international and cultural diversity, with a willingness to adapt and learn from different market contexts.
  • Creative thinker, self-starter
  • Knowledge of global beauty and luxury goods markets
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additional language proficiency in other languages is a plus

This position is based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters, which is currently 40% hybrid onsite/remote work. The expected base salary for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in international marketing coordination. It offers opportunities for learning and growth within a supportive team environment.
