The Field Support Department empowers Off-Premise Sales teams and Distributors by providing the latest tools, seamless communication, and advanced technology to ensure the successful attainment of business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Field Communications, you will be a driving force in the implementation and operation of groundbreaking processes and services within our distribution network. You will collaborate with internal partners to lead impactful sustainability and digital communications initiatives.

Cooler Sustainability And Digital Screens Requirements

Develop and implement processes for managing the cooler sustainability tracking initiative across both On-Premise and Off-Premise distribution networks. Spearhead the coordination, management, and development of yearly distribution plans to achieve compliance with cooler sustainability tracking initiative, ensuring alignment with EU requirements for maximum impact. Track, monitor and deploy reports and dashboards required for measuring tracking plans for both On-Premise and Off-Premise distribution networks. Foster collaboration with a dynamic team of cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence. Form strategic partnerships with HQ Trade Marketing and Sustainability departments, contributing to global alignment on sustainability deliverables to position our organization at the forefront of environmental responsibility. Collaborate with IT to deploy the existing global asset tracking solution in North America, identifying and integrating opportunities into Distributors’ existing route accounting systems wherever feasible. Play a role in cross-functional collaboration, spearheading the implementation and scaling of innovative Off-Premise digital screens at Retail. Engage internal partners in the development of goals and establish an ongoing tracking and management system for coolers and Off-Premise digital screens at Retail. Assume the role of a distinguished subject matter authority for Distribution, specializing in all facets related to cooler sustainability, cooler tracking, and digital screens. Demonstrate commitment to process improvements and measurable success in every aspect of the role.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

Take charge of steering the development and ensuring the punctual release of the monthly distribution PitStop, a tool for all distributors within the network. Summarize and consolidate essential content for monthly Activation Calls, demonstrating your ability to distill complex information into concise and actionable insights. Develop critical digital deliverables throughout the year including sell sheets, initiatives, incentives toolkits and digital guides. Spearhead the monthly publication of our Activation Call newsletter, ensuring it remains a cornerstone of our communication strategy. Administer the monthly communications platform, providing maintenance to ensure the seamless operation of initiatives and general market tools. Coordinate and curate content essential for distributing digital communications across 500+ screens nationally, showcasing your ability to navigate and deliver impactful messages within a vast network. Coordinate video productions, demonstrating your experience in multimedia communication. Operate as the liaison for with content management platforms for new features and troubleshooting Manage content engagement and content management platform reporting across distribution.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in beverage or Direct Store Delivery environment
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $84,000 + cash incentives

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
