We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of diverse marketing campaigns and initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving the growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support company-wide marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with branding and communication standards.
  • Develop engaging content across various platforms including website, social media, press releases, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Drive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage website content and SEO optimization using platforms like WordPress and Wix.
  • Support the RFP process, including proposal creation, design, and formatting.
  • Manage creative assets for proposals and integrated marketing use.
  • Develop and manage the company newsletter, gathering internal information and writing content.
  • Assist in social media management, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Track budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, collecting noteworthy work activity for marketing and communication purposes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in communication and digital media.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in digital and social media marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
  • Understanding of employer branding, reputation management, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
