- Oversee Estimate Calendar
- Intake calls
- Marketing Assistance (Social Media, GMB, Newsletter)
- Update Certificates and Flyers
- Schedule Estimates
- Administrative and Accounting support
- Manage Employee Database
- Onboard New Employees
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Vendor Account Management
- Manage Tech Stack (PaintScout, Boomerang, Google)
- Manage Office Facilities and Supplies
- Manage Company Property (laptops, cell phones, etc.)
- Manage Policies and Procedures
- Manage multiple email accounts
- Manage Processes like Flow Chart & Org Charts
- Assist Project Coordinator with Booked Projects
- Five years or more in similar position
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Office Suite, as well as scheduling software, customer management systems, and other relevant tools.
