Surepoint Emergency Center is seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed individual to help drive the company’s marketing capabilities. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving patient engagement, and fostering community relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing healthcare organization. The position is hybrid and will require some travel for social content, team meetings, and other events, as needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Reviews/Google My Business Page to enhance online reputation and drive positive patient feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials, including organization of materials, sourcing quotes, ordering supplies, and distribution.
  • Support networking efforts to build relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
  • Help plan and coordinate internal events, contests, and other activities to engage staff and increase morale.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and management of marketing collateral, including graphics, flyers, signage, business cards, and other material, as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing sponsorship events to increase brand visibility and community involvement.
  • Maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content across various marketing channels.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of our internal newsletter to staff and Surepoint leadership.
  • Generate regular reports to track the performance of marketing initiatives and help provide insights for optimization.


Requirements And Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and community engagement.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
  • Outgoing personality with an ability to learn new things quickly.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities and schedules.
  • Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines, as required
