We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support a Partner who leads

ICONIQ's network of Fortune 500 C-level technology executives (e.g. CTO/CIOs). This successful candidate will also collaborate closely with other members of the ICONIQ Growth Support Team and other ICONIQ colleagues across the firm. This role sits within ICONIQ Growth which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and proactively manage complex, high-volume, and both internally and externally focused calendars across multiple time-zones.
  • Event execution: coordinate closely with restaurant venues to organize private room dinner gatherings of 15-25 C-level executives that partner hosts on an approximately monthly basis across North America and occasionally in Europe; create, manage and update personally-tailored calendar invitations we send out to our event guests.
  • Take care to build internal rapport & trusted relationships across the ICONIQ team and work collaboratively with Support Team within Growth as well as colleagues across the firm.
  • Regularly capture & update data on external relationships into salesforce so that we can maintain a record of all external meetings, invite all key C-level relationships to relevant events ICONIQ hosts in different cities; and provide regular updates to Partner on all the new relationships that have been added to our CRM & newsletter mailing lists.
  • Timely responsiveness outside of "regular" business hours.
  • The Executive Assistant will also provide light support to two Sr. Associates on the Portfolio Operations team that work closely with the Partner.



Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role.
  • 1+ years of experience working in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and/or Consulting environments ideal but not required.
  • Expert experience with Microsoft Office required (especially Outlook, Word and some PowerPoint), experience with Salesforce ideal but not required.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.



Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000-130,000 together with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits program.
