Wimmer Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's team that partners with big retailers. This is 100% remote job opportunity!
What You Get To Do
This role will contribute by supporting the entire team and manage the rhythm of the team's business, organizing events for their regional community, event planning/tracking, and helping with sending out newsletter events.
Establish program/project milestones and rhythm of business within the eCommerce team, including weekly syncs and work with other segments and contributing teams working with - and through - designated work-stream leaders.
Plan, execute, measure and monitor work back plans for key programs like quarterly events (Global) and work seamlessly with eCommerce Team to improve the efficacy of program delivery.
Support in creating presentations for key executive reviews by creating compelling and interesting presentations i.e. Executive Briefings, Partner Meetings, Internal Exec Reviews that succinctly delivery project status.
Demonstrate excellence in managing schedules - weekly sync, calendar management - community calls and overall management of meetings and interview loops with proactive support and help to the Digital Lead to be productive.
Engage with the regions - to give them regular updates, newsletters including managing the digital hub.
Project management of several key reporting dashboards with leadership visibility - including making monthly updates, verifying accuracy of data, and working with technical developer to ensure timely release and integration of required features.
PO creation for all digital lead initiatives.
Budget tracking and management.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must Have
3-5 years of Program or Project Management with increasing scope.
3-5 years of leading complex/matrixed teams.
2-3 years of basic proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
2-3 years of experience with SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Nice To Have:
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience directly supporting this client.
Local / PST time zone candidates preferred.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate will have event management / marketing experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including high competencies in creating PowerPoint presentations, exec reporting with dashboards, and SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.
Compensation And Benefits
Hourly contract rate range of $48.00 to $54.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
