The Basics Of This Opportunity
- Total 1st year Earning Potential: $96,000 in your first year including bonuses!
- Compensation: $82,000 to $96,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined using various factors such as experience, skills, geography, and proficiency in the role.
- Bonuses: There's opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly (35,000+ in your first three years)!

- Availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule): Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up until 6pm most nights with preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.

- Client Care Expectation: 50% of supervision hours require in-person support and the other 50% can be conducted via telehealth sessions.

Job Duties
- Completes assessments within a given timeline
- Completes FBA based on the BACB guidelines for behavior analysts
- Interface with other professionals communicating the rationale of behavioral intervention in general and how the program designed for a specific child is resulting in significant clinical change
- Primes families for receiving ABA services and provides rationale for recommendations
- Uses approved assessment tools based on client needs and funding source requirements not limited to the VBMAPP, AFLS, and Vineland
- Creates individualized BIPs
- Provides oversight of New Hire Training(NHT)
- Ensures clinical quality of NHT
- Assists with the dissemination of clinical content to the region as directed by the ED
- Oversee the implementation of BAT training
- May be asked to provide supervision; this may be region-specific
- Uses best practices for all recommendations
- Participates in mandatory trainings and meetings
- Meets a monthly billable quota
- May be asked to mentor and train mid-tier supervisors to conduct FBAs
- Keeps up to date with the latest research and strategies in ABA and utilizes these interventions in recommendations
- Documented experience developing and implementing ABA programs
- Minimum 1 year as a BCBA supervising and progressing ABA programs
- Experience conducting and completing FBAs
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to complete FBAs in 4 weeks
- Experience working with children (ages 2 to 18) who range from high functioning to low functioning ASD and be able to develop and supervise the implementation of clinical programs in the home, school, and community environments
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related
- program, required
- Active BCBA Certification required
- Active LBA certification issued by the state of Ohio
- 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks
- Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
