The Communications Specialist (CS) is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating information and communication materials for the Evernorth Control CenterSM (client) Portal. The CS will managing timely, relevant, and effective communications that engage internal and external customers. You will promote a positive image and control the dissemination of information on the digital property’s behalf. Responsible for producing multi-purpose content for various communication channels. Collaborates with marketing team to develop and implement a unified marketing strategy that supports Evernorth Control CenterSM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and establish appropriate communication strategies and timelines to support Evernorth Control Center initiatives

Develop communication roadmaps

Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, alerts)

Author content for communications and presentations

Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging, communications and marketing material production and distribution

Maintain digital sites’ topic pages and update all materials, as required, to support account teams

Explore and implement additional ways to promote the product

Collaborate on training and communications to account, operations and implementation teams

Train service operations and internal customers on key changes/enhancements through training materials, hands-on training and ongoing updates

Assist in communication of strategies or messages with leadership

Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders

Monitor mailbox throughout the day and respond to questions/concerns from account teams

Maintaining various (internal) communications channels (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, Comms repository)

Authoring end-user messaging, notifications, and alerts

Creating a newsletter and other socialization artifacts

Working with training team on promotional/training video development

Skilled at PPT presentation creation and formatting best practice/ brand compliance

Planning and initiating communications and promotional campaigns

Previous working experience as a business communications specialist for 3-5 years required

Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing

Excellent portfolio with a proven track record and successful examples

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Photo and video-editing skills a plus

Experience in web design and content production is a big plus
