Marketing Communications Coordinator

Calling all marketing communications coordinators who have experience writing content for internal communications and with basic video editing! Our client in the technology industry is looking for an internal communications coordinator to join their team for an upcoming long term leave coverage.

This is a hybrid contract role that will be onsite three days per week in Cincinnati, OH. The role is 40 hours per week from May 13th-September 20th. You will be provided a laptop.

The marketing communications coordinator will be responsible for:

• Supporting the internal communications team with writing content and editing videos for internal content
• Writing content for emails, articles for the intranet, FAQs, content for internal channels, and any other internal communications needs
• Coordinating monthly meetings
• Coordinating PowerPoint slides for monthly meetings
• Helping with event coordination
• Editing and writing the weekly newsletter for the all company email
• Editing video content to be used for internal emails and on their intranet
  
  

The marketing communications coordinator must have:

• Experience writing content for internal communications such as newsletters, emails, articles for intranet sites, etc.
• Basic video editing knowledge. Will be just piecing together video clips
• Experience coordinating meetings and organizing meeting details
• Experience editing and creating PowerPoint slides
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
