Tara Golf & Country Club is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Membership & Lifestyle Coordinator.

Established in 1989, Tara Golf & Country Club is a private, member-owned country club located on the west coast of Florida and is one of the top Country Clubs in Bradenton, Florida. The property features a 6,800-yard, par 72 golf course and is one of the most well-known and highly regarded golf course communities in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. The Country Club provides an environment where families and neighbors can connect with each other while enjoying a variety of resort-style activities.

Pay: $20 - $25 an hour based on experience

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining activities and experiences for Members and their Guests. In doing so, the Membership & Lifestyle Coordinator enriches the lives of Members through entertainment and lifestyle type offerings.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform a warm welcome, tour and onboard the new residents/members and provide education on Community/Club features and upcoming events.
  • Developing and executing new ideas for Member/Guest events
  • Researching and reporting on unique lifestyle events from competitive Clubs, other industries, and non-competitive out of market clubs
  • Reporting on key metrics for each Member/Guest event
  • Marketing coordination of all Member/Guest events in all associated departments
  • Attending and taking photographs of Member/Guest events
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in order to execute each Member/Guest event flawlessly.
  • Assist with the development and publication of the community newsletter and other lifestyle publications assigned.
  • Manage Member relations and involvement, Member services inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Oversee membership payments, petty cash, and provide daily bank deposits.
  • Oversee ARC Committee responsibilities, touring the property, issuing letters for noncompliance and approval for home improvements as required.
  • Prepare Estoppel letters as required to residents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • FL Notary License.
  • Two or more years of administrative support and/or office experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Good organizational and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite of Products and other Marketing software.
