Primarily Remote
- Work closely with the core newsletter team to understand individual newsletter.
- strategies, insights and measures of success that will inform the build process.
- Help design, build and iterate on new and existing newsletters within a broader design.
- system using Figma, a new design and prototyping tool being adopted internally this.

- Review designs.
- Help audit our current newsletter design system to identify opportunities and gaps
- Commission and art direct new visual assets as part of an existing design system.
- Leverage our existing newsletter build tools (Emma) to create new templates and send.
- tests of works-in-progress
- Work closely with newsletter producers in the newsroom to coach them on using Emma.
- to produce new daily newsletters
- Test new newsletters with Litmus to make sure designs work across a range of email.
- Must have newsletter / email design experience.
- Experience with Figma, sketch or XD
- HTML and CSS
- Ideally some testing experience to ensure newsletters are displaying correctly.
