As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant with a keen eye for detail to support our cutting-edge marketing efforts! In this innovative and multi-dimensional role, you will provide essential support to our Senior Marketing Manager as a blend of administrative, creative, and writing tasks such as content creation, graphic design, social media management, copy editing, proofreading, and other marketing-related activities. This role offers you the chance to be at the core of our marketing department, where you will gain experience in all facets of marketing, advertising, and branding. You will make a big impact by creating beautiful, modern, and authentic content for our digital, video, social media and web-based platforms!

Position: Marketing Assistant

Pay Range: $50, 000 - $55, 000 DOE

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling marketing graphics for a range of digital, print and online media platforms
  • Create, modify and adapt digital and web marketing content to integrate and align with various social media and web platforms
  • Develop engaging and informative branding materials, such as flyers, and brochures that reflect BTQ s brand and vision
  • Contribute to the company s digital newsletter to keep audiences informed and engaged
  • Ensure all content is polished and ready for publishing by copy editing and proofreading for grammar, spelling, language, and consistent branding/tone across all fronts
  • Prepare and submit applications for local, regional and national awards to boost BTQ s visibility and standing within the industry
  • Perform social media and paid advertising tasks on a daily basis
  • Organize and maintain a library of marketing files such as images and videos for easy accessibility
  • Keep all marketing materials up-to-date and organized in Sharepoint
  • Manage marketing projects by organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and tracking deadlines with ClickUp
  • Take notes and summarize management and strategy meetings for clear communication and follow-up
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, trade shows and other marketing-related activities, as needed
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with any other related marketing administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field
  • 1+ Year(s) of experience in copywriting or graphic design/marketing content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and CapCut
  • Strong command of written English, including grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness
  • Experience in using and managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.
  • Basic understanding of best practices in paid advertising
  • Ability to take direction well and collaborate effectively
  • Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • High intellectual capacity driven by a passion for creativity, innovation and design
  • Must have high aptitude within all technical platforms
