What We Are Looking For
Candidate will have a proven track record of managing a robust, successful recruitment program. This person will be a strong, professional leader with experience across a diverse set of HR skills.
Champion an aggressive, ongoing recruitment program
Lead employee engagement programs
Assist with training programs as directed by Manager
Administer and coordinate all onboarding/offboarding activities and collect necessary paperwork for new hires, employee transfers, and terminations
Coordinate and manage completion of all New Hire Training Matrices
Create and distribute monthly HR newsletter and site announcements
Monitor and submit Workers' Compensation claims and subsequent paperwork to insurance carrier
Maintain accurate EEOC and OSHA reports, logs, and databases
