Benefits and Compensation:

  • $70;000 - $78,000; DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the CEO to develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels including MMB’s website, MMB’s newsletter, Meetup, Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Responsible for website updates and maintenance of MMB’s website, including managing third-party vendors to ensure MMB’s website maintenance and update workflows are coordinated.
  • Improves organic web traffic through search engine optimization (SEO) on the MMB’s site pages.
  • Enhances website design elements and tools to enhance usability. Implement new designs, ensuring alignment with marketing business objectives.
  • Review the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) digital platform remediation strategy, develop enhancement measures, and ensure the implementation of ADA standards across all MMB digital properties.
  • Make recommendations to enhance the usability of landing pages. Implement HTML/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) coding to ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive. Verify and/or add analytic tracking coding to landing pages.
  • Create optimized website landing pages for digital advertising campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Create, administer, and report A/B tests that can quantify the effects of changes made to creative content/design, utilizing Google Optimize, Analytics and Data Studio
  • Design, produce and send html emails in Mail Chimp, ensuring design/layout are mobile-optimized
  • Assist in developing a digital marketing calendar to streamline marketing initiatives.
  • Track, report and present digital campaign performance on social, email, and paid online advertising channels to internal stakeholders on a monthly basis.
  • Identify key opportunities for digital marketing innovation
  • Act as technical liaison to 3rd-party hosting service(s)
  • Act as liaison to internal departments and assist in delivering MMB branded digital assets as requested.
  • Support Google Analytics configuration.
  • Manages and optimizes digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the MMB team to produce engaging content for digital platforms, including daily social media posts, one weekly blog article, and a monthly email newsletter.
  • Coordinates with internal teams donor services and outreach to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms
  • Analyzes Google analytics data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimizes strategies for maximum impact
  • Manage and update Google Adwords Account
  • Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and event management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong technical background; nonprofit experience preferred
  • Competency in digital marketing, online analytics, video editing, and publishing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Web 2.0 tools, Canva, along with proficiency in website design, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JavaScript, PHP, and maintenance tools. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with SEO/ SEM techniques and terminology to improve organic search rankings and drives traffic to website.
  • Experience with techniques and terminology including key word research and search engine friendly URLs.
  • Familiarity with best practices for Web Usability
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience; graduate degree in related field is a plus.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Mothers' Milk Bank
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and email marketing
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular local and occasional regional travel required; driving to and from events
  • Occasionally lifts, carries, moves and positions objects weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Occasional evening and weekend work required
