Job Description: 

We're in search of an experienced Marketing Lead with expertise in marketing, communications, and program management to spearhead our marketing efforts and ensure the success of our key programs and products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies while also possessing strong program planning and execution skills. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and communication strategies to promote key programs and products, enhancing brand visibility 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving the growth of our program initiatives, promote our products and increasing user engagement. 
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, websites, and print materials, ensuring alignment with program goals and company messaging. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement and differentiation, engaging digitally online with local markets and communities. 
  • Work closely with product/program teams and project managers to ensure successful planning, execution, and evaluation of program activities, including workshops, events, product branding and outreach initiatives. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and accurately report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of marketing initiatives, ROI, and provide data-driven insights for optimization. 
  • Meticulously manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing and program-related initiatives. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and innovate marketing strategies and program offerings. 


Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Philosophy, Psychology, Development Communications, Program Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, with a focus on program promotion and management. 
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, Google Analytics, Newsletter systems, CRM systems, social media management tools, and design software. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and promotional content. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning, execution, and evaluation with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and a team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 
  • Eager to maintain an up-to-date knowledge on advancements across the technology sector, with a focused interest in software, artificial intelligence, and general technological innovations.
