Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Community Builder located in various apartment complexes throughout Indiana. The Community Builder will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships within multifamily housing communities, connecting residents with each other and with management staff, and organizing community events and activities. The Community Builder will also be responsible to communicate through newsletter, flyer, and social media to engage residents and promote community participation.

Proficient organizational and event planning abilities
Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus
Increasing collaboration with local partners and knowlege of resources is beneficial
