Marketing Intern

Seiler Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm located in the Twin Cities metro, with offices on both sides of the Mississippi River. Our attorneys focus on assisting entrepreneurs and business owners and their companies’ legal needs. We manage corporate organizational matters for start- ups and growing companies (LLCs, Partnerships and Corporations – For Profit and Non-Profit), mergers/acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, contractual matters, employment matters, board matters, owner disputes, regulatory matters, litigation, entertainment law, wills, trusts and estates real estate matters (representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, banks and property managers).

In this position, you will be tasked with creating and managing a marketing program that can be maintained and updated as the firm grows.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

In general, you will:

Update social media platforms with firm-related activities and information. These platforms include, but are not limited to:

• Twitter
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Seiler Law, PLLC website

Research local networking groups that will help grow firm business; provide such recommendations to attorneys and manager.

• Finding speaking opportunities for attorneys
• Propose charitable and networking events that Seiler Law can attend/host.
• Brainstorm additional marketing ideas for firm recognition.
• Provide weekly updates on marketing-related program and maintenance.
• Send monthly email updates (newsletter) to clients and contacts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Junior or Senior in an accredited collegiate marketing program.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable communicating updates and ideas with other employees.
• Familiarity and experience posting on LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Facebook.
• Familiarity and experience with website management and updates.
• Experience with graphic design is desired but not a requirement.

Details/Application

• Hours:             Flexible: 10 to 20 Hours/Week
• Location:         Hybrid: The office is in St. Paul Midway Area
• Days/Hours:    Flexible, depending upon availability and firm needs
• Salary:             $15.00 Per Hour, Depending Upon Experience/Skill Set
