About The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing, thought leadership, and audience-building initiatives within our dynamic marketing team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll spearhead the development and execution of an integrated content marketing and thought leadership strategy. Your goal will be to build a highly engaged audience of B2B marketing and demand generation professionals, drive inbound leads, and establish our brand as a thought leader in a competitive market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive audience development and engagement through multi-channel thought leadership, audience-centric content, and social media management. You'll have the chance to craft compelling articles, run podcasts and video series, dabble in video editing and meme creation, and lead the content strategy for our upcoming social media channels.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize Content Marketing, Inbound, and Thought Leadership programs to engage B2B marketing professionals.

Oversee blog and eBook strategies, including content creation and coordination with internal contributors.

Manage our weekly newsletter to expand our subscriber base.

Act as the showrunner for two podcasts, including guest recruitment and content editing.

Create and edit video content for various social media platforms.

Coordinate the planning and delivery of quarterly research reports.

Collaborate with team members to align content strategy with demand generation and marketing programs.

Track and report on the impact of content and thought leadership initiatives.

Minimal travel within North America may be required.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B Content Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.

Genuine passion for understanding and adding value to audiences' lives.

Strong grasp of inbound marketing and SEO principles.

Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Experience in impactful blog content creation.

Basic proficiency in multimedia editing and production.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
