We are seeking an experienced Marketer to join our team of driven high achievers. As a remote position, you'll collaborate with our dynamic team to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, providing creative direction, and offering strategic insights to propel business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Providing oversight to multi-channel business development campaigns.
Offering creative direction to copywriters and designers.
Evaluating performance of marketing activities and making recommendations for improvement.
Planning, scheduling, and executing work with excellence.
Preparing creative and editorial briefs.
Ensuring brand consistency in design.
Collaborating with project management software.
Utilizing marketing software to create reports and provide feedback.
Innovating new approaches to marketing and business development.
Setting, pursuing, and achieving marketing goals.
Familiarity with marketing automation and website design.
Evaluating website and social media performance.
Comfortable with design review and process flows.
Ability to layout newsletters and email marketing.
Requirements
Three or more years of marketing experience.
Experience handling multiple accounts.
Proficiency in marketing strategy, branding, and execution.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interest in marketing industry developments.
Ability to collaborate with an international team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
Entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking improvement.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Design capabilities or experience.
Long-form writing ability.
Familiarity with PPC marketing.
Newsletter and social media post design.
Video creation/editing experience.
