As Systems Administrator, you’ll work with team members to provide Tier 1 customer support to the National Security Council, as well as provide day-to day support of the customer’s multiple classified networks.

What you’ll do:

  • Administers, installs and troubleshoots a variety of operating systems.
  • Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery and file maintenance.
  • Schedules, installs, and tests system software upgrades.
  • Configures software and resolves technical problems.
  • Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a help desk environment
  • You have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft tools
  • Bachelor's degree OR 4-6 yrs of additional experience in lieu of bachlor's degree
  • You are available either 8AM – 5PM OR 12PM - 8PM; Monday - Friday
  • You have an active TS/SCI clearance
