OBJECTIVE: 

The Marketing and Business Analyst at We Sell Restaurants is pivotal in bridging data-driven insights with marketing initiatives to drive the brand's growth and optimize operational effectiveness. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives on analyzing and synthesizing data from diverse sources to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. The primary responsibilities will include:


Reporting

  • Accurate daily reports will be prepared necessary for the function of the call center and listing departments.
  • Weekly reports will be created providing details and specific metrics currently measured and calculated for the business functions including but not limited to: buyers, signed agreements, Cost per Lead, Emails Sent, Open Rates, Listing Leads, Lead Sources, Landing Page views, and more. 
  • Zoho Analytics will be used to create insights for the leadership team into the performance of both the franchisees and core business.
  • Monthly reporting will be prepared for the company meeting on website visits, conversions, buyers, and more.
  • Execution of the weekly email blast report (format established) to gauge the last sends on franchisee and company store listings.
  • Ad Hoc field visit reports will be prepared for the franchisee’s performance visits
  • Quarterly reports on the performance if each franchisee including their mystery shops, hot report scores, lead counts and conversions, along with lead sources.


Marketing

  • Weekly company-wide marketing newsletter will be prepared and sent weekly.
  • Franchisee social media account setup
  • Responses to Google Reviews
  • Build Consumer Marketing plan for social media
  • Track and recommend updates to social media campaigns and strategies 
  • Analysis of Weekly and ad hoc email blasts that are nationwide
  • Uploads to Hubspot from the BOSS system for buyers, sellers.
  • Build workflows on Hubspot
  • Prepare Subject Lines and Preview Lines in accordance with company standards to maintain open rates
  • Check email blast quality for emails prepared by others using subject lines
  • Assist in creation and ideas for graphics for Website


Listing Marketing Management 

  • Write listings based on keywords/SEO/Listing Best Practices
  • SEO Meta Descriptions
  • Approve listings and add apply company SEO strategy


SEO Work

  • Create Monthly SEO plan including content plan
  • Listing Rankings by Keyword
  • Keyword Report by Month to balance content to keyword strategy


Through meticulous reporting, innovative marketing strategies, and effective use of technology, the analyst will contribute to enhancing the visibility and success of our listings, fostering franchisee performance, and ultimately increasing the company's market share. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical prowess, marketing acumen, and a proactive mindset to support our goal of being the leading marketplace for restaurant sales, providing actionable insights that fuel our growth and continue our legacy of success.
