Aescape is actively recruiting a Marketing Intern to join Aescape’s high performing marketing team and aid in bringing a first-of-its-kind product to market.

Position is in New York with 3-5 days in office. Reports into Sr. Marketing Manager.

Creating impact: You'll work closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in events, partnerships, social media, and more, helping to enhance our marketing efforts and showcase our innovative product.

What You’ll Do

• As Marketing Intern, you'll get hands-on marketing experience alongside our entire marketing team, playing a multifaceted role that boosts our department's efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time for our company as Aescape becomes available at partner locations. This role will be a hands-on, fast-paced full immersion in the world of marketing and media.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Event Management and Logistics:

• Proactively manage calendar of event opportunities
• Serve as the liaison between event leads, vendors, and Aescape
• Manage calendars for key stakeholders and track action items for smooth execution
• Support and track creative assets for events
• Maintain detailed inventory of marketing materials and event supplies
  
  

Digital Marketing

• Spearhead engaging email campaigns and analyze performance in partnership with the broader marketing team
• Analyze data trends from both web and media, working with performance marketing team to optimize efforts
• Stay updated on competitor activity and emerging trends, bringing learnings to the organization as appropriate including a newsletter that incorporates the needs of multiple departments
  
  

Communications & Content

• Work with Communications team to discover media opportunities for brand visibility
• Develop organizational approaches to tracking award deadlines and submissions
• Support social engagement process by tracking inbound and outbound across
  
  

Aescape’s social channels

• Craft new-hire announcements & initiatives to amplify team culture, drive employee engagement, and strengthen the company narrative
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recent graduate.
• Eager to dive into the world of marketing and gain practical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starting, problem-solving attitude.
• Strong presentation design skills, including familiarity with Google Suite.
