What role you will play in our team Develop, implement, revise, and support controls activities to uphold the integrity and security of industrial control systems; meeting corporate requirements through compliance with the company and industry standard, preventing and/or mitigating impacts to process operations via cost-effective risk reduction controls. What you will do: Perform Industrial Controls System cybersecurity security risk assessments, support cold eyes reviews and Unit internal audits on control system environment Technical review and development of ICS system architecture, requirements gathering, project design specifications, and factory acceptance testing Development of technical documentation, procedures and training modules Research, development, and review of emerging cybersecurity technologies Collaboration with Houston-based and global site personnel From manager: This is what they will actually be working on. 1. Upstream OE/ICSR CoE Sharepoint Management : Refresh and Clean Up 2. Collection of ICSR Measures/KPI 3. Management and Consolidation of CoE and Upstream OE OneNote 4. ICSR Deviation Tool Management 5. Vulnerability Management database Maintenance 6. Organizing and preparing ICSR CoP Meetings 7. Tableau Dashboard Management 8. User Group Management for access to tools 9. Mail Group Management (OTCRM OE, BU ICSR Advisors, BU ICSR Supervisors/ Managers, BU Asset Managers) 10. ICSR Training Data Base Management 11. Organizing ICS Cyber Newsletter Questions asked to manager: 1. Within the ICS environment, what security parameter will they be working within? a. Siem Detection or Vulnerability management(rapid 7 or Tenable) Vulnerability management 2. Within ICS, any industrial security devices will they be responsible for? If so what devices? None - more on central ICS vulnerability management 3. Overall responsibilities on the team? More analyst or more engineering within ICS Analyst 4. Why is this position open? New position 5. What is the interview process? One round of interview with me and my manager. A lot of it ties into data management and meeting coordination - as such, a fresh graduated or 1-2 years' experience resource would work for us.

Required Professional and Interpersonal Competencies: Bachelor's degree in related engineering/IT specialty, or equivalent professional experience Entry level position : 5 years or below experience (Open to fresh graduate) Strong influencer; able to drive alignment and results across functions Able to work in an unstructured environment to identify key objectives and the actions required to achieve success Engage diverse perspectives and fuel discussion to optimize decision making Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities; high results-orientation Effectively lead and supervise global team; able to manage workloads of others Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong public speaker Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities Required Technical Competencies: Relevant security and controls concepts and processes Strong knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria Familiarity with industry standards: IEC 62443 Standards, NIST Cybersecurity Framework Working knowledge of control and safety systems implementation and architecture is preferred Understanding of cybersecurity technical controls / solutions Familiarity with Enterprise IT and networking technologies is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Internet Explorer Proficient in data collection and analysis with common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel and Tableau
