The brand is already recognized as a category creator, with a solid business foundation and offerings that meet a critical societal need.

The cultural shift towards de-stigmatizing men's mental and emotional challenges presents a significant opportunity for EVRYMAN to expand its reach and impact. The era of men suppressing their feelings is fading, creating a pivotal moment for the men's personal development and well-being market. With 90+ million men over the age 18 in the US alone, there's a massive opportunity for a personal development and wellbeing platform and community that serves men. EVRYMAN is well-positioned to capitalize on this shift, with a membership-based platform, groundbreaking training and certification program, and a rich media presence that brings self-improvement modalities to millions of men.

In order to fully capitalize on the opportunity for impact, EVRYMAN must develop and grow as a media company, building a trusted brand in men's holistic wellness. While we plan to continue and expand our existing offerings, there is opportunity for new business models associated with developing a world-class brand. One of the primary objectives for the incoming CEO is to launch a powerful media-driven operation (newsletter(s), podcast, social video, etc) that produces content that drives the conversations around men's mental health, wellness and personal growth, grows a substantial audience, and introduces more men to EVRYMAN offerings. We also envision the brand eventually producing the premier "Men's Wellness Summit" that brings together all of the top minds around men's self-improvement and wellbeing.

Requirements

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

• A passion for holistic men's wellness, and an embodiment of the values and ethos that the brand represents
• Many years of "360" executive experience building teams, developing offerings, driving revenue, and scaling organizations
• Executive experience managing P&Ls in media or related fields; deep expertise in media business models (digital advertising, commerce, performance advertising), an understanding of the changing landscape of digital media, and relationships in the brand world that would be valuable in developing and scaling a new brand
• Experience working in products or services with men as the core audience/customer
• Experience with coaching, retreats, events, or other personal development programming and offerings
• Experience building a startup or scaling a company that you founded
• Ability to build diverse, high-performing teams
