Marketing Intern

Are you eager to apply what you've learned in school to the real world? Curious about how a marketing team works? The Impinj global marketing and communications organization is looking for an intern to provide project support across our team. You'll walk away from this experience with increased confidence, new skills, and great work examples.

Our ideal candidate is a communications undergraduate in their senior year, recent graduate, or in a communications masters program. This is a full-time role starting June 2024.

We are looking for someone with:

• Exceptional communication skills. You'll come with strong writing skills and be able to clearly communicate information to both internal and external audiences. You'll also have a good understanding of common tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Energy and enthusiasm. You're someone who likes solving problems. You notice where help is needed and raise your hand to volunteer. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.
• Desire to learn and grow. You are curious about technology and are comfortable seeking out information to learn. You're eager to see how marketing teams operate, different roles on a team, and aspire to start a career in marketing. You're eager to try new things and stretch your skills.
  
  

What you'll do:

Assist marketing project owners with events, product launches, content development, document management, and special projects.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Work with our content and campaigns team to compile campaign reports and write Impinj blog articles and social media posts.
• Assist our project managers with organizing and shipping materials, updating our operations guide, coordinating with vendors, and summarizing meeting notes.
• Support our strategic communications team to prepare our internal newsletter, build intranet content, and plan team activities.
• Support the campaign team with compiling and organizing campaign reports.
• Learn how to build web pages, emails, and other types of marketing materials.
• Write and publish our annual intern blog article.
