Position Description

Tenna is searching for a Digital Content Creator to be the driving force behind our engaging and compelling content across diverse marketing channels. As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in our customer’s journey, developing strategies that resonate with our brand objectives and target audience preferences. Crafting captivating headlines, clear copy, and visually stunning content, you'll script, shoot, and produce short-form marketing videos, create infographics, social media graphics, animations, conduct e-mail marketing and more. Taking full ownership of content creation, you'll manage the end-to-end process, from creation to posting and measurement across all social media channels and forums. Your Responsibilities

  • Develops engaging and compelling content across various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, website copy, advertising materials, etc.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences
  • Crafts compelling headlines and captions, writes clear and concise copy and ensures content adheres to brand voice and style guidelines
  • Creates high-quality, visual, and engaging content (e.g., infographics, social media graphics, animations, interactive elements, and presentations). Scripts, shoots, and produces short-form marketing videos
  • Takes full ownership and responsibility for content creation (written, graphic, and media), uploading, posting, measurement, and moderation/participation across all social media channels and forums, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, and others as needed
  • Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, video views, click-through rates, and conversions, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Assists with content creation (presentations, brochures, etc.) and other marketing/sales collateral upon request. Assists with final content formatting using InDesign templates, PPT templates, etc.
  • Assists with coordinating and administrating traditional and digital advertising campaigns, as well as one-off requests for trade publications, associations, etc.
  • Assists with various sales and marketing projects
  • Leads the content creation and execution for email outreach or other sales or event-driven communications content upon request
  • Creates blog, news, and newsletter content based on calendar/assignments
  • Manages digital content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and distribution of content across relevant digital channels
  • Collaborates with Partner Marketing and supports all speakership proposals, speakership presentations, partner marketing support, etc., alongside the Content Marketing Manager
  • Assists with creating and distributing press releases based on strategy and newsworthy events
  • Assists with press release pitching and networking among associations and other partnerships
  • Prioritizes deadlines to meet marketing and sales team goals effectively. Assists in successfully implementing the sales and marketing plan and achieving the company's goals
  • Stays updated on emerging content formats, technologies, marketing trends, social media trends, industry regulations, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance content strategy while maintaining compliance


Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing content creation roles
  • 5+ years of experience writing, editing, and finalizing content related to social media, blog and news content, website content, presentations, e-mail marketing, etc
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with B2B content creation (technology or construction industry a plus)
  • Experience with design tools and Adobe Suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot or similar programs
  • Strong creative writing and copywriting skills. Experienced in understanding what and how audiences consume content and creating it accordingly
  • Experience staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure content and strategy remain relevant and innovative.
  • Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using narratives and storytelling to build loyalty and awareness among target markets
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with varying departments, such as Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, BD/Partnerships, etc., and a broader marketing team to create content
  • Experience learning and understanding ideal customer profiles and needs to deliver high-value marketing solutions
  • Experience working diligently and independently, but according to direction and within pre-set guidelines
  • Experience using AI tools for generative content, content planning, and distribution
