CRM Specialist / Admin Assistant - Remote

Data Management: Regularly review and update CRM records to track newsletter renewals and expirations. Ensure data integrity by verifying information against source documents and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Subscriber Outreach: Generate and maintain lists of subscribers due for renewal. Organize data collection for outreach efforts and monitor response rates to support continuous engagement.
Support and Coordination: Assist in handling inquiries and responses related to newsletter subscriptions. Provide timely and effective support to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with virtual conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is highly advantageous.
Experience: 1-3 years in administrative support, customer service, or data entry. Background in healthcare, medical, or regulatory fields is beneficial but not required.
Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
