This role supports the Woodbridge Township, NJ center which is the largest center in New Jersey. As Business Manager, you are the face and voice of this center to clients and visitors. Our clients consist of both local small businesses with 1-5 employees and Fortunate 500 companies requiring office space for employees. You must be comfortable and confident working and selling to all clients.


Our Business Center Assistant must have a passion for small business, the coworking industry and a natural curiosity about businesspeople. We love being involved in the success of our clients. Responsibilities

·      Assist members by answering questions and help with member onboarding and offboarding.

·      Assist with center opening or closing procedures which includes ensuring kitchen, conference rooms and day offices are organized and clean.

·      Work with owners on monthly newsletter and blog creation

·      Greeting conference room and day office guests and assisting them with set up- providing WIFI instructions and working with BCM on videoconferencing set up.

·      Perform Phone answering-cover phones when Business center manager is busy.

·      Prepare pre-made collateral packets- create tour folders.

·      Ensure kitchen area is maintained organized and clean.

·      Ensure vacant offices are clean and show ready.

·      Mail delivery to office members and sending notification of packages.

·      Assist with various projects including researching prospects.

·      Occasionally assist with weekend events at either Woodbridge or East Brunswick center.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  2. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  3. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  4. Comfortable working on Apple computer and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  5. Has an associate or bachelor’s degree or is attending college Junior or Senior pursuing a degree


Hours and Compensation:

  • Part time to start with opportunity to convert to a Full-time position 15-20 hours per week, may include occasional weekends and evenings.
  • $16-18 dollars per hour based on experience.
