Job Description
Human Resources Assistant
Pay: $20/hr
Field: DoD Aerospace
Hours: M-Th 7am-5:30pm (Flexible)
Location: Sarasota 34243
Placement Type: Temporary 3 to 6 months

Human Resources Assistant

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required.
- Must be proficient in MS Outlook
- Possess strong ability to multitask
- Possess great customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish a huge plus
- Run Parking Spot of the Month program but coordinating with company leadership
- Coordinate with departments to ensure their message of the month is sent out in the newsletter
- Create flyers for upcoming events such as retirement parties, graduation announcements, baby announcements, etc.
- Submit short articles to the Corporate Newsletter
- Clear candidates to visit for onsite interviews
- Schedule 30-, 60-, 90-, & 180-day check-ins for new hires.
- Scan & record timecards
- Create & issues badges for new hires
- Create tickets in SharePoint for onboarding employees
