Roles & Responsibilities:

WORK IN WESTPORT CT OFFICE DAILY - Salaried/exempt employee position - This is NOT a remote position - HIRING IMMEDIATELY


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple projects - onboarding of sponsorship vendors, managing weekly newsletter campaigns, updating websites, etc.
  • Manage registration process on Cvent application for event registrations, run daily reports on registration numbers, create event pages, work with Cvent reps on changes to platform, etc.
  • Work with list provider on clean ups of data lists
  • Travel to each IN-PERSON event as a CRM and supporting team member. (Travel up to 50%+ of the time all expenses paid by company)
  • Create all digital venues on event platform working cross functionally to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain project, campaign, and event calendars, tracking creative projects ensuring timely review and execution processes
  • Work directly with event sponsors including reporting on attendance numbers, hitting all desired KPIs, creating and updating landing/registration pages, and marketing materials.
  • Manage daily reporting and aggregation for team KPI reports
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance
  • Prepare marketing materials for events including PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral, and other ad hoc projects upon request.
  • Moderate understanding of enterprise IT and software platforms
  • Other general research to support content development, marketing events and webinars and other HMG programs
  • Additional tasks as needed


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or an analytics-related discipline
  • Interested in marketing for current and innovative B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels (email, webinars, display, paid social, direct mail, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce are a big plus
  • Experience using social media networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, & YouTube
  • Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to distill key takeaways quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
