We are seeking a creative, motivated, and media savvy Marketing Manager to join our residential real estate team. The Marketing Manager position is vital to our team’s growth and success. You will create, prepare, and collaborate with our team of four agents to promote our listings and brand, prepare custom presentations, manage our website and social media platforms, create, and execute campaigns, conceive, source and coordinate client gifts and more. Responsibilities
Create and prepare all buyer and seller presentations
Coordinate and prepare all listing and open house online and print campaign materials
Manage Fleisher Arrowood website and coordinate with Luxury Presence as needed
Manage Fleisher Arrowood Instagram, Google BP, FB, Tik Tok and LinkedIn
Obtain client testimonials for website, social media & other marketing materials
Maintain Dropbox files of all photos, videos and marketing collateral
Design and advertising for properties and FA brand
Conceive and coordinate client gifts
Conceive and coordinate events
Track press exposure and suggest potential editorial as well as media placement
Enhance media exposure of the FA brand
Manage weekly newsletter and content creation
Qualifications
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Deadline driven
Proficiency/experience with Photoshop, InDesign or similar, Microsoft Platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google
Willingness to master COMPASS technology tools including CRM, Marketing Center, Business Tracker
HTML and web design familiarity
Team player and self-starter
Problem solver
Integrity and discretion – ability to maintain confidentiality
Valid driver’s license and daily access to a car
Current DC, MD & VA Real Estate Licenses are preferred. However, we will consider a strong unlicensed candidate willing to pursue licensing in the first 3 months
Weekend availability
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Marketing experience (2+ years) or Degree Equivalent
