Reporting to the Regional CRM Marketing Lead and based out of our office in New York, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in email & SMS marketing and the customer lifecycle to help shape the future growth of COS, contributing to our ambition to establish COS as a Sustainable International Power Brand in North America.

As a CRM Coordinator, you will support in driving the success of the email & SMS channels for our North America Region. You will support a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team focused on driving traffic, conversion and customer retention through our email newsletters, trigger communications, SMS campaigns, and shaping the overall customer lifecycle.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Build, test, and deploy newsletters & SMS campaigns, inclusive of campaigns, journeys, and triggers.
  • Develop expertise in our email and SMS platforms and be comfortable learning new systems and programs.
  • Assist in planning and managing email newsletter & SMS calendars.
  • Ensure timely asset requests and briefing to relevant departments.
  • Assist in creation of A/B test strategies to drive performance
  • Plan and manage updates to sign-up units and triggered emails to align with seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and performance to ensure we’re driving optimum engagement and conversion for subscribers
  • Assist in developing performance dashboards to analyze CRM metrics to continually improve results and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR & Marketing, Ecommerce, and Stores to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to coordinate campaigns across marketing channels to maximize overall traffic, conversion and revenue
  • Foster effective partnerships with email and SMS technology partners

  • Previous experience and knowledge of digital marketing, ideally in email and/or SMS
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Approach work with curiosity and determination
  • Embrace learning new tools, programs, and technologies and able to adapt quickly
  • An affinity for fashion and retail
  • Intermediate Excel skills a plus
  • Experience with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Emarsys and/or Attentive a plus

Job Status: Salary, Exempt

Compensation: $66,793.00 - $75,142.25

You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and teamwork.
