About The Role
We're seeking a talented individual experienced in email marketing software, particularly ActiveCampaign, to join us as a Newsletter Producer. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our newsletter production process, responsible for curating content, crafting engaging copy, and ensuring flawless delivery to both B2B and B2C audiences on a weekly basis.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, a strong team player, and capable of managing multiple production requests with ease.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist to manage daily newsletter operations
Input content, format newsletters, rigorously test them, and schedule their delivery using email marketing software
Ensure newsletters align with best practices in email marketing, working closely with the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist
Monitor and provide performance metrics and data as needed
Remain adaptable, making adjustments and conducting tests to optimize newsletter development
Propose enhancements to the production workflow process
Address CRM and production issues efficiently
Job Qualifications
2+ years of newsletter production experience, agency background preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing impactful newsletters tailored to diverse audiences
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience coordinating with stakeholders
Familiarity with email solution platforms (ESPs) or similar tools
Positive interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
Experience with ActiveCampaign is advantageous
Additional pluses include newsletter design and email marketing strategy experience
Location
This is a remote position for individuals residing in the state of Arizona.

Competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000, based on skills and experience
