We do this through business valuations, 1:1 consulting, and online programs. We work with companies between $0 - $30 million in revenue across the United States in various industries.

What The Job Is

Our Sales and Marketing Administrator works with our leadership and consulting team as the glue to the organization. You are responsible for making sure the back-office works and our clients are delivered and exceptional experience. Day to day the sales administrator has varied tasks in the areas of scheduling, administration, database management, and marketing. provide house leads and an automation/nurture system designed to increase your efficiency.

In this position, you will have the chance to interact with numerous businesses across hundreds of industries, gaining knowledge and learning not accessible in most positions.

Day To Day Responsibilities Include

• Coordinating onboarding, training, and launch of new Exit Factor team members
• Managing database of prospective and new clients
• Managing social media content publication for all channels
• Creating and managing email newsletter campaigns
• Maintaining office websites
• Coordinating prospective client pipeline with the consulting team
• Managing onboarding for all new clients with the consulting team
• Providing reporting and metrics to the leadership team

Think you have what it takes? Our ideal candidate:

• 3 years previous administrative or marketing experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack.

Salary range: Starting at $50,000
