We do this through business valuations, 1:1 consulting, and online programs. We work with companies between $0 - $30 million in revenue across the United States in various industries.
We are a small team ourselves but owned by a large global organization. We have the feel of a small business with the resources of a multinational company. Exit Factor is a fully remote business with company conferences held annually.
What The Job Is
Our Sales and Marketing Administrator works with our leadership and consulting team as the glue to the organization. You are responsible for making sure the back-office works and our clients are delivered and exceptional experience. Day to day the sales administrator has varied tasks in the areas of scheduling, administration, database management, and marketing. provide house leads and an automation/nurture system designed to increase your efficiency.

In this position, you will have the chance to interact with numerous businesses across hundreds of industries, gaining knowledge and learning not accessible in most positions.

Exit Factor was born from the success of two industry-leading firms in the mergers/acquisitions space: Transworld Business Advisors and United Franchise Group. Our Founder, Jessica Fialkovich, has led growth in her Transworld offices for the last ten years overseeing more than 600 business sales and being recognized as one of the top leaders in the industry globally by publications like Inc and the Financial Times.

Day To Day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating onboarding, training, and launch of new Exit Factor team members
- Managing database of prospective and new clients
- Managing social media content publication for all channels
- Creating and managing email newsletter campaigns
- Maintaining office websites
- Coordinating prospective client pipeline with the consulting team
- Managing onboarding for all new clients with the consulting team
- Providing reporting and metrics to the leadership team
- We have recently expanded Exit Factor with referral relationships with more than 100 partners across the U.S.
- The small business sales market has never been better, with no limits in an untapped market.
- The support and resources of a large-scale global company with a small business and family feel.

- Working with industry leaders with a true entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
- 3 years previous administrative or marketing experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack.
