JOB SUMMARY
Serves in a part-time position performing clerical duties assisting Division Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY
Serves in a part-time position performing clerical duties assisting Division Supervisor.
- The ability to prioritize duties and manage multiple competing priorities in a professional manner.
- Exceptional organized skills; ability to retain and follow detailed instructions
- Assist in the preparation and submittal of Commissioner’s Court minutes using AgendaQuick
- Provide a professional front office presence by meeting and greeting visitors to the County Clerk and assisting them appropriately
- The part-time clerk assists the Administrative Assistant and Division Supervisor with clerical project management functions which include, but not limited to
- Handle incoming telephone calls and incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Organize and maintain files of bonds, releases, cashier’s checks and minutes
- Process various documents needed for Commissioners Court meetings as well as post meeting document management and uploading to the public website while ensuring quality control of the site
- Track missing or unsigned documents for Commissioners Court meetings
- Upload publisher’s affidavits from Commissioners Court and for Departments to the website
- Fulfill various County department research inquiries for Commissioners Court minutes and documents through website search and/or Government Records Management system
- Research Public Information Request
- Assist with preparation and maintain Department articles for the County newsletter
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1 year of clerical experience desired
- Strong computer, typing and data entry skills desired
- MS Word, Adobe, Excel and some knowledge of MS Paint
