We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of our company. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Position Summary

  • Supports the Director of Marketing in all areas associated with the development and implementation of Premium’s communication, marketing and signage plans, budgets and production
  • Manages daily aspects of production, including RFPs and proposals, Project Launch initiatives (including parker communications and sign plans), business development collateral, and event sponsorship initiatives
  • Ensures brand and logo consistency across all markets, with sponsors, partners and events
  • Works with the Corporate HQ departments (Graphic Design, Product, HR, Business Development, Legal, Finance) to promote and achieve pipeline goals and objectives as set by management
  • A planned approach to execute project requirements is essential.
  • Oversees all asset creation, management, and distribution for maximum impact and reach of our messages.

Roles And Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Responsible for entire production workflow of national signage programs and B2B communication campaigns to create intuitive, and engaging collateral – from initial concept, to creation, production, delivery and installation.

Production Management: Place orders to maintain appropriate inventory and meet startup deadlines. Production coordination and high-volume asset tracking and trafficking skills are required.

Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity by regulating the use of logos, messaging and imagery, upholding brand identity and quality and ensuring an emotional connection with the target audience. Consistently be looking for messaging growth opportunities.

Promotion and Communication: Produce quality communications both written and verbal that deliver customer-centric messaging clearly and effectively. Communications to include info cards, startup and welcome kits, newsletter content, press releases, team bios, talking points, email communications, client letters and promotional pieces. Work with local markets Operations, Business Development and Corporate HQ to create collateral and promotional material.

Vendor and Partner Relations: Ensure brand and logo consistency with third-party partners. Develop and maintain cohesive and positive relationships with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, printers, branded merchandise partners and other vendors.

Skills And Abilities

  • An understanding of the B2B Sales Cycle and the difference between B2B Marketing and marketing to the end-consumer.
  • Deep understanding of various marketing channels in attracting new B2B audiences.
  • Prioritization is highly important, along with the ability to successfully manage projects from initiation to completion with a calm demeanour and little oversight
  • Ability to multitask and be able to provide assistance with last-minute projects when necessary. Respect for deadlines and project budgets are paramount
  • Strong writing skills that can fluctuate from PR to ad copy, to web content, to social media are a requirement
  • Professional, friendly and calm disposition with a willingness to clearly communicate directly with high-value clients and third-party partners, if required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work respectfully alongside the internal team, as well as external partners is paramount to success
  • The ability to self-edit prior to presenting/sharing/publishing work is mandatory. Must hold coworkers, vendors, and partners to the highest standards consistent with brand branding, messaging and mission
  • Advanced Project Management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently with responsible follow-through and effective communication to internal and external team members is required

Education And Experience

  • High level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. A major in Business, Marketing, Communications or English is preferred.
  • Corporate marketing and/or ad agency experience is also desirable
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technology is mandatory
  • Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is desired but not required
