INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - Remote
Position Objective
We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Communication and Marketing Officer (CCMO), you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission through strategic marketing initiatives. Essential Functions
Media Relations:
Maintain and expand our database of media outlets and contacts.
Support the VP of IMC in cultivating strong relationships with media outlets nationwide.
Identify and research new media opportunities, including niche publications.
Events
Assist in the planning and execution of events, both remotely and on-site as required.
Aid in the creation and distribution of event materials such as emails, flyers, and press releases.
Provide support during events, including setup, breakdown, and media relations activities.
Social Media
Engage with our online community by expressing gratitude for comments and shares.
Assist in managing social media platforms and implementing the organization's social media plan.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and assist in establishing new partnerships in the digital realm.
Support in analyzing social media trends and providing reports.
Internal Communications
Assist in maintaining and optimizing the organization's SharePoint site and related content.
Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal communications, including the staff newsletter.
Asana Project Management
Collaborate with the VP of IMC in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Attend meetings to define project parameters and ensure successful project completion.
Brand Management
Support the CCMO in fostering brand ambassadorship and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Uphold the organization's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all marketing communications efforts.

Collaborative and supportive team environment.
Approximately 30% travel to events may be required.
