Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager for B2B SaaS, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company towards unprecedented growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Organic Marketing
Social Media: Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy and content calendar to engage prospective clients.
Client Newsletter: Curate and distribute regular newsletter campaigns to keep prospects and clients informed.
SEO: Oversee SEO strategies to ensure top rankings in search engine results, driving increased organic traffic to our website. Manage our agency of record.
Reputation Management: Implement strategies to monitor and enhance our online reputation, ensuring a positive brand image.
Performance Marketing
Cold Email: Lead cold email campaigns to generate 100 demos booked per month. Manage the cold email operator.
Partner Program: Support the growth of our partner program to foster strategic alliances, enhancing market penetration and brand visibility.
Ads: Collaborate with our ads agency to execute campaigns across various channels, including social, search, and newsletter drops to generate leads and demos. Manage the agency of record.
Events/Conferences/Dinners: Assist in planning and executing industry events, conferences, and dinners to drive revenue growth.
Department Management
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve objectives.
Team Management: Support the growth and management of the marketing team, including in-house staff, agencies, and vendors.
Required Skills & Experience
Ideally 5+ years of experience in building and leading a marketing team.
Proven track record of success in a marketing leadership role within a B2B SaaS startup or fast-paced tech environment.
Experience managing ad spend budgets and generating a strong ROI in paid search and social.
Understanding of sales motions, partnership programs, and product-led growth strategies.
Experience managing external marketing agencies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating diverse teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies; experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
Proficiency in Excel for generating reports and managing data for marketing campaigns.
Process and number-driven mindset.
