The Bilingual Spanish HR Administrative Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations Human Resource department. This position must maintain the highest degree of integrity, trust, and confidence and must adhere to and practices core values of ownership, passion, honesty, and respect in every facet of the position.



Essential Functions


• Provides administrative support to the HR Team.

• First contact in HR department for phone calls and walk-ins.

• Provides exceptional customer service to employees, answers their basic payroll and HR questions; reprints employees check stubs

upon request.

• Assists in administration of pre-hire drug testing.

• Conducts new hire orientation as needed.

• Collecting and distributing forms (I9, W4, DD, EE Handbook, etc.)

• Assists in HR recruiting as needed.

• Analyze data as needed.

• Schedules meetings and organizes appointments, travel, and events.

• Updates monthly break room presentations.

• Assists in the preparation of the quarterly Newsletter.

• Orders and maintains HR office supplies.


Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5 pm. Occasional night

and weekend work may be required.


Required Education and Experience

Associate degree or minimum of two years related experience.


Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven skills in HR office management systems including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proven skills in general HR processes and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidential information.

• Results-oriented, self-motivated, ability to deal with pressure and multiple priorities.

• Team player showing core values of ownership, passion, honesty, and respect.

• Bilingual Spanish skills required.


Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or minimum of two years related experience.


Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
