The Learning Content Specialist creates and manages content and relationships that support learning, comprehension, and performance at all levels of our global manufacturing business.
Essential Functions
Required Skill/Abilities
Required: Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or organizational development with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the related.
Preferred: Software experience: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Canva, InDesign, Power BI, Camtasia, Snagit, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate360, or Rise360. A training/ certificate in Change Management

Description
The Learning Content Specialist creates and manages content and relationships that support learning, comprehension, and performance at all levels of our global manufacturing business.
Essential Functions
- Design learning custom learning content for videos, job aids, online courses, and webinars.
- Update and manage content files and A/V assets by creating asset tags, archive source/completed files, adhere to prescribed naming conventions.
- Develop and blend written, recorded, video, and AI-generated materials.
- Build successful collaboration and relationship building across teams and functional levels.
- Compose a variety of media (scripts, surveys, presentations, live video, blog posting, newsletter or other corporate communications, etc.).
- Create and deliver training solutions, including assessments, concepts, documents, train-the-trainer material, performance goals, and accountabilities.
- Update projects and communication (Jira/Confluence) for SCRUM notes and update task statuses.
- Learn new processes, accountabilities, or technologies for the purpose of developing learning, accountabilities, and performance measurements.
- Develop surveys and communication to help manage change and resistance to change.
- Promote a culture of change by being a change agent throughout the organization.
- Training groups and individuals at different levels of the organization.
Required Skill/Abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
- Passionate storyteller and self-starter who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficient with MS Teams, MS Office Suite, OneNote, SnagIt, SharePoint
