Conquer is a venture backed 3-sided marketplace that connects players, organizers, and venues for local sports games. We’re focused on unlocking unused space to build and strengthen local sports communities while giving community leaders opportunities to organize games and earn money.

Position Title:

Brand Marketing Summer Internship (Paid)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college student to join our team this summer and help capture the energy and excitement of our brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual branding, graphic design, web design, photography, and social media. The internship is part-time (10-15 hours per week).

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creative skills and gain hands-on experience building and scaling a brand from the ground up. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Attend local sports events organized on our platform and capture compelling photographs
2. Edit photos to ensure they meet our standards for quality, clarity, and aesthetic appeal
3. Design graphics, including social media posts, and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives and engage our audience
4. Assist with brand copy in our newsletter and marketing communications
5. Update and maintain our website

Qualifications 

1. Passionate about brand building
2. Experience in social media, graphic design, and photography
3. Experience in web design (Webflow preferred, but not required)
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with players at sports games
5. Strong written communication skills
6. Must be located in NYC with a willingness to travel to our in-person sporting events in the evening and on weekends
