We are seeking a highly organized individual with a talent for managing tasks and providing exceptional support to businesses and entrepreneurs. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals while working in a 100% remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Management: Sort and filter emails to prioritize important messages.
- Online Research: Conduct thorough research to support various projects.
- Calendar Management: Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule meetings and appointments.
- Client/Customer Follow-Up: Communicate via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, and email to follow up with clients and customers.
- Document Preparation: Create, proof, and edit PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans as needed.
- Event Planning Support: Assist with planning and coordinating events.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client relationship management systems.
- Email Newsletter Support: Help with creating and managing email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Handle social media tasks and updates.
- Workflow Creation: Develop efficient workflows and processes.
- Spreadsheet and Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
- Software Support: Assist with new software and make recommendations.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Availability for at least 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week).
- U.S.-based residence.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
- Ability to meet with clients via Google Meet when needed.
- Commitment to a 1-year working agreement.
- Proficiency in internet and computer applications.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or creative roles.
- Ability to pass background and reference checks.
