Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the implementation of marketing strategies by providing special project and administrative support related to internal and external marketing. This role will coordinate marketing campaigns and contribute to the development of promotional materials. In addition, individual will assist in managing the Firm’s website, developing, creating, and sharing content on social media (including preparing analytics reports), coordinating events (including attorney recruiting and firm-wide events), assisting with directory and survey submissions, processing and distributing client alerts, conducting research requests, managing databases, as well as other public relations and communication duties.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Essential Job Functions
- Aid in the execution of marketing plans and strategies
- Coordinate and manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence
- Create and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and internal communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals
- Organize and execute promotional events or campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including graphic design and copywriting
- Update and maintain content on the company website and monthly newsletter
- Aid in the development of digital content for various channels
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows and other industry events
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience; or five (5) plus years of relevant experience in marketing or business development
- Experience in a professional services or legal firm preferred, but not required

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with WordPress (any graphics programs are a plus), InterAction, and Vuture/Marigold or Mailchimp is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop the best possible results
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
- Proper judgement and discretion when dealing with sensitive, confidential information
- Proactively seeks additional training to enhance proficiency in current and or recent technology
- Ability to research and respond to inquiries and resolve them promptly
Physical Demands & Working Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to read from hard-copy paper and computer screen, sit, talk, hear, use wrist, hands, and fingers repetitively to type, write, operate a computer and other office equipment/machinery, handle and grasp paper and other office objects. Additionally, the person in this position will remain in a stationary sitting position 90% of the time working on a computer; occasionally moving about our multi-floor office to visit and meet with others and/or attend meetings, access file cabinets, use office machinery, etc., which will require bending and lifting of items less than 25 lbs. Interior workstation with low to moderate sound levels.
