FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE: To assist the Human Resources’ Recruitment Team with marketing open positions, events, screening candidates, and maintaining an accurate vacancy report.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates Social Media marketing materials for recruiting team and posts on all sites.
- Creates tangible marketing materials for recruitment team events and promotion.
- Communicates with Marketing and Communications Team for approval of marketing materials.
- Handles posting open positions on internal and external job boards.
- Communicates with principals and hiring managers daily to confirm status of open positions.
- Updates the vacancy report and vacancy dashboard to reflect accurate postings.
- Maintains file of current and previous vacancy and staffing reports.
- Sends weekly staffing report to CHRO and Executive Director.
- Updates Principal Weekly Newsletter with staffing reports and other HR communications.
- Assists with career fair planning and attends career fairs as needed.
- Sources prospective and general candidates for teacher assistant positions.
- Supports HR Team with inputting new employees into HR System, HRMS, as needed.
- Other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with sourcing procedures and legalities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree in HR, business, or other related degree
- Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, or other related degree
- Minimum: Three years of recruiting and/or HR experience
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification or other HR certification preferred.
Pay Grade 66 - $3,298.33 Monthly Salary - Full Time Position
