The Position

We are looking for a full-time team member with major PR and relationship-building skills! Reporting to the company President, the PR Specialist leads 360 Media client accounts across entertainment, hospitality, culinary, real estate and consumer lifestyle categories, assessing and fulfilling their day-to-day needs. Here are the gig musts:

· Solid experience planning and implementing public relations campaign strategy

· Fluency in media pitching and general public relations practices

· Great writing skills and know-how to craft compelling PR pitches, press releases, social media posts as well as newsletter and website content

· Familiarity with Atlanta media outlets and contacts

· Excellent relationship-building skills to foster relationships with media locally, regionally and nationally

· Comfort with navigating social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

· Strong written and verbal communication skills for seamless and frequent interactions with the team and clients and their customers

· Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected and knowledge of how to use Sprout Social, Cision, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and WordPress is preferred

· Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects with varying goals and deadlines at any given time

· A positive, energetic attitude

· Walking the walk, not just talking the talk as a highly motivated, resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with other team members on certain accounts

· Attendance at after-hours / weekend client events as needed (think: amazing restaurants; fun festivals; interesting, new locales and personalities)

· Bonus for general event PR and planning experience and social media graphic content creation on Canva or other design software
