A.Team is searching for a social media intern to manage the day-to-day of our content creation across social channels (primarily LinkedIn, but also YouTube, and Instagram). This means creating content that resonates deeply with our target audience and feels native to each channel. We’re looking for someone willing to boldly experiment, fail, and iterate—leveraging both their storytelling instincts and data analysis skills.

We’re looking for someone with strong instincts for how to amplify our content in a way that resonates with our audience that’s native to our most important channels — particularly LinkedIn — instead of just shooting out a bunch of link posts and calling it a day.

You’ll help carve out the future online identity of our brand, create a game-changing new category, and most importantly, help our audiences gain new perspectives.

Social Media Intern @ A.Team :

We’re a remote-first company with a Clubhouse in New York City. Some preference will be given to candidates who can attend our events and create social content around them, but we’re open to candidates from anywhere.

*Note - this is a part-time position with the expectation to work 15-20 hrs/week through the end of Summer. Starting rate is $18/hr.

In this role, you will...

Build our social calendar across channels, manage our social media accounts, and work closely with our Marketing Strategist and design team to manage day-to-day production
Create amazing social content that we can leverage through both organic and paid distribution tactics
Keep tabs on the latest tech industry trends, using insights to inform content creation
Experiment with new ideas through a data-driven approach
Collaborate with a team of strategists, writers, designers, and editors
Analyze content performance through social, email, and content analytics tools
Assist with research, writing, and building our newsletter, Build Mode
Identify potential tech influencers to collaborate with and grow our target audiences

About you:

You're a good writer
You're really interested in tech, AI, and the future of work
You've developed and grown an audience on a social platform before (tell us about it!)
You're collaborative and hard-working
You have a startup mindset
You have a talent for translating complex ideas into engaging posts with strong hooks
You’re familiar with social media analytics and are able to turn data into insights.
You’re a creative thinker.
You’ve got a killer portfolio showcasing your past work (even if it’s just your own social account!)
