We are looking for a creative, organized, detail-oriented graphic designer/art director with a compatible sense of style, traditional and interactive design proficiency -- and excellent judgement to produce premium brand content for our line of products.

Your Impact & Influence on Business Operations Could Include:

Producing compelling content across multiple communications mediums in support of an overall brand direction and strategy for the SleepPhones and RunPhones brands--versatility across traditional and interactive design skill sets is preferred -- a Swiss Army knife rather than Samurai Sword. In our organization, these areas are considered marketing: public relations, digital market analytics, search engine optimization, website sales, advertising, social media, trade shows, graphic design, video and photography production, display creation, package design, print design, app design, and business development. Your role is to support all art and graphic design.

Design, layout, order and procurement for printed materials/sales materials related to packaging, brochures, collateral and other needs.
Help with preparing the email newsletter (image and layout support).
Provide original and repurposed artwork for social media.
Ensure all art conforms to brand guidelines, copyright and trademark standards, and legal requirements.
Obtain and file agreements with 3rd party providers, such as models, videographers, influencers, media and contract vendors.
Maintain sell sheets/price sheets/catalog and all other sales materials.
Create and maintain graphics, displays and collateral needed for trade shows.
Create and maintain all UPC codes for the company for all products.
Maintain and update images/video for the company from old or current photoshoots/video.
Design and coordinate outside packaging needs for other retailers/collaborators/white labels.
Coordinate and maintain translations for user manuals.
Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, and printers.

Successful Applicants will Meet these Minimum Requirements:

Proficient in Creative Suite Programs with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Mac Platform.
Digital and traditional concept-to-completion experience.
Social media, graphics, and video coordination.
4-6 years small-to-medium size agency experience or equivalent.
Print, package design & production.
Coordinating with print, vendors and 3rd party providers.
Assist with brand, concept, and campaign development.
Experience with app design a bonus.
Basic videography and Light box experience a bonus.
